Concept

The first mini.CONF was organised in Helvoirt and was meant to create a different format for internal knowledge sharing. Instead of a single topic for the evening, the mini.CONF presents a number of different short sessions, run in parallel as with any conference.

With this format, the event offers the attendees a broader set of sessions to attend, with a greater variety of topics, all available at the same time. For speakers, the preparation is less taxing in terms of content creation, but ever so more challenging to fit just the right content in a short session.

It’s a conference developed by developers for developers who want to develop into better developers. It’s quite simple, really.

Skills

A mini.CONF is a great opportunity to hone your skills and learn from the best. Jump into several technical or functional topics and spark discussions with your peers. Of course, this is only made possible by contributions from you! Take your opportunity to grab the mic and share your knowledge by submitting a session to the Call for Papers.

Puzzlers

We like a bit of creativity and brain cracking combined with a healthy dose of competition. So most times, there’s some puzzling to be done at the event to win eternal glory…
